Giving Tuesday (Dec. 3, 2019)

November 27, 2019 by Lou Ricardo in Fundraiser, Help Out

We and those we serve continue to need your help! Catholic Charities can NOT provide services without support from YOU! We rely on your generosity with over 25% of our funding coming from direct donations: 1) in-person, mailed, online donations, text-to-give); 2) through the Bishop’s Annual Pastoral Appeal (donations from parishioners of Catholic Churches throughout the Diocese of St. Petersburg); or 3) through third-party groups like United Way!

PLEASE consider making a sustaining gift. We are offering two programs (NOTE: the two informational cards you see below were designed by Catholic Charities – and another beneficiary of your support – client, David Zidlick) that allow you to do so easily:

  • AmazonSmile – sign up and Amazon (not YOU!) will donate 0.5% of the dollar value of whatever you purchased to Catholic Charities.

  • Change-Maker – sign up for our spare change program to donate using your spare change. Donations are accumulated and made once monthly and you can cap your gift at $10 each month!

  • Electronic Giving – use our text-to-give online donation platform OR our website-based online donation forms!

THANK YOU for your contributions toward saving the lives of the unborn, placing children into the homes of loving families, moving people out of or preventing them from falling into homelessness, helping legal immigrants to our nation become U.S. citizens and providing basic but sometimes life-saving medical assistance to those who have fallen through the cracks of our society!

Of course, you are always welcome to donate through our online donation form:
