Benedict Haven is an eight (8) bed permanent supervised home for adult males who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness. Program services include 24/7 staff supervision, medication monitoring, meals and snacks, case management, assistance with daily living skills (ADLs) and daily outings and weekly special events.

 

Eligibility:
Be age 18 or older
Have a primary diagnosis which is psychiatric
Be under the ongoing care of a psychiatrist
Be capable of medication, self-administration, and will to adhere to prescribed pharmacological regiments
Be capable of living harmoniously in a “community-like” setting
Have the need and desire to live in a structured environment
Comply with recommended treatment plans
Have no significant medical problems
Be continuously “substance-abuse” free

 

On-Site Licensed Supervision: Ms. Joanna Smith, LMHC,NBCC is the Program Coordinator at Benedict Haven and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
