This newly renovated community located in St. Petersburg Florida, features ten (10) apartments: four spacious two bedroom units and six spacious one bedroom units. Water, sewer, and trash are included.
We are conveniently located on a bus line, close to downtown St. Petersburg, and the USF/Bayboro campus. In addition, about ½ mile from the community there is a Publix grocery store located in the shopping center.
We require a $300.00 security deposit, a $25 application fee to run a background check and credit check. Rent is $450 for 1-bed, $550 2-bed.
