Pasco County H.E.A.R.T. 2.0 Assistance Program
The Pasco Board of County Commissioners is continuing this financial assistance program, Pasco H.E.A.R.T. Program*, for people experiencing economic hardship due to COVID-19. Pasco Community Development is partnering with several local non-profit agencies to help pay bills directly for renters in Pasco County who meet the Pasco H.E.A.R.T. Program guidelines.
Bills eligible for payment include:
- Rent (past, current and future)
- Utilities (water & electric)
*To qualify for Pasco H.E.A.R.T. funding, you must be a U.S. citizen (or have legal status) and Pasco County resident, who meets the income guidelines of 80 percent or below of the Area Median Income and has been economically impacted by COVID-19. Those households who earn less than 50% of the Area Median Income, as well as applicants who have been unemployed for 90s days or more, will be prioritized.
