HELP BUILD A LEGACY OF HOPE
The Total Year One investment is $7.4 million.

This includes the rehab of the existing building, construction of new facilities (kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, laundry, showers, etc.), and Year 1 Operating Expenses (150 residents) of $2.1 million.

Ongoing operational expenses (full-capacity of 300 residents) is estimated to be $3.1 million. While naming rights have not been fully defined, we will build a legacy of hope for the residents of Tampa Hope:

Guardian of Hope                       $12,000         (naming rights for 1 cottage)
Protector of Hope                       $36,000          (naming rights for 3 cottages)
Defender of Hope                       $72,000          (naming rights for 6 cottages)
Champion of Hope                    $144,000          (naming rights for 12 cottages)
