The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners and Pasco County Administrator are pleased to be able to provide two locations of temporary housing for as many as 208 residents of Pasco County who have been displaced from their homes due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Both Sites, Pasco Hope for Seniors and Pasco Hope Family are operated by Catholic Charities in partnership with Pasco County.

Pasco Hope – Seniors
The first site is located on Grand Blvd. in Holiday and opened on November 1st, 2024. There are fifty single-person units knowns as Hope CottagesTM and up to 25 two-person trailers. Shower, toilet and laundry facilities as well as a kitchen trailer are also available on-site. Space will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Catholic Charities will provide case management to assist residents in navigating the process of rebuilding their homes and their lives.
Pasco Hope Family
The second site located in Port Richey opened on December 13, 2024. It was set up to accommodate up to 108 family members in fourteen trailers (6 individuals each) with the same additional amenities. As at the Holiday location, space will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Catholic Charities will also provide case management assistance to residents to help them navigate the process of rebuilding their homes and lives.
Pre-Helene or Milton Homeless
