The Winter of Hope Gala is Catholic Charities’ primary fundraising event and plays a critical role in sustaining our mission throughout the year. In 2025, hundreds of supporters gathered to help raise more than $650,000 to provide life-changing services to individuals and families across our five-county community.
During our fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, your generosity enabled Catholic Charities to provide nearly 298,000 meals and serve over 36,800 individuals. Because of supporters like you, we continue to invest in long-term solutions as this past year, Tampa Hope expanded its capacity to provide shelter, support services, and pathways to permanent housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. Alongside the opening of our Mercy Oaks II apartments, which continues our commitment to offer housing at lower prices for families and individuals seeking stability and a place to call home.
These achievements are powerful reminders of how every sponsorship, ticket purchase, and donation directly supports our vital programs that provide food, shelter, housing assistance, pregnancy and adoption services, disaster relief, healthcare, and most importantly hope to those facing their most difficult circumstances.
