Choose Life license plates: Catholic Charities is a Choose Life partner agency in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties. Annual use fees from the sale of Choose Life license plates are distributed annually to provide for the material needs of pregnant women who are committed to placing their children for adoption including, clothing, medical care, utilities, housing, food, transportation and counseling. Funds may also be expended on infants awaiting placement with adoptive parents. A portion of the funds may also be used for training, advertising and counseling.

Who we serve: Catholic Charities serves birth-parents of all ages. Those under the age of 18 must have parental permission to receive on-going services. Adoptive parents interested in the regular infant adoption program must be between the ages of 25 and 43, married for a minimum of three years and have no more than one child in the home. For the special needs adoption program, single parents are considered and there is no age limit or limit on the number of children in the home.
