Located in Brooksville, FL (Hernando County)

Description

Number of Units: Twelve (12) one-bedroom efficiencies

Location: beautiful, wooded lot on Broad Street, between U.S. Route 98 and SR 41 in downtown Brooksville (one block from the Hernando County Courthouse).

Eligibility

Low-income individuals in need of quality, affordable housing. Rent is set at $720 monthly. Minimum monthly income to qualify is $1,728. Application fee is $30 and security deposit is yet to be established.

Veterans utilizing Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) vouchers are welcome.
