After many supply chain delays, we are now making great progress in both of our ongoing affordable housing constructions projects: Mercy Oak Apartments in Tampa and St. Benedict Apartments in Crystal River.

The individual units’ interiors are being finished at Mercy Oaks while the foundation, walls, and framing have been completed at St. Benedict Apartments.

Mercy Oaks is a twenty-unit complex with three, two and one-bedroom apartments.

We are hoping to be open for occupancy by June. Click here to learn more!

St. Benedict is an eighteen-unit complex with ten, 2-bedroom and eight, 1-bedroom apartments. Doors, plumbing and electrical are being installed with shingles to be added to the roof. We hope to be open to families by December 2022. Click here to learn more!

When completed we will have delivered our commitment to establishing additional affordable housing as part the Courageously Living the Gospel Bishop Parkes initiated in 2020. Stay tuned for more updates and pictures!

Catholic Charities Family Housing provides quality, income-based affordable housing for individuals, single parents and families. Donate by texting affordable to 91999, or click here! Click here to learn more!
